We're excited to be exhibiting at this year's show. We've got some special offers to share with anyone attending who feels like we would be a good fit to capture their day.

The offer is available to anyone attending the Wedding Show on either 6th or 7th September 2025 or to anyone booking or registering for the offer within that timeframe.
To avail, you need to:
Either:
1. Visit us at stand L2 and go through the booking process with us

2. Leave your details on our contact form on stand L2 or here

And: Pay €100 deposit to secure your date, within the specified time frame (see below).

Specified Timeframes:
​
1. Complete your booking and pay €100 deposit by the end of 7th September 2025 and avail of two 'add ons' of your choice.

2. Complete your booking and pay €100 deposit by the 31st December 2025 and avail of one 'add on' of your choice.

'Add Ons'
​
1. A Wedding Album
​
This is either:
(a.) a 20 page, 20 x 20 cm very gorgeous lay flat album with a choice of covers.
We'd suggest this could showcase between 40 and 60 images of your choice, though the final content, design and layout will be your choice. We'll have examples at stand L2 over the weekend, come take a look. This album must be ordered within 12 months of final image delivery.

(b.) €400 store credit voucher.
Albums are available in all sort of sizes, with various covers and personalisations to choose from. The version included in option (a.) above is a popular choice, but it's also possible to opt for a more fine art version of your album, or a simpler, coffee table style book that's almost lay flat. Alternatively, you can use this towards any printed products from your gallery store, within 12 months of final image delivery.
Please note that delivery is not included. The cost of delivery is determined by the print lab and depends on the size of the order. It is currently usually somewhere between €10 and €30, but subject to change at their discretion.

2. Mister Ansel's Non-Disposable Cameras & Photobook package (usually €450), including delivery within Ireland.
3. Extended Coverage to 9.30 pm
​
Our first coverage option finishes at the dinner call. This includes eight hours coverage or less, beginning during the morning preparations and ceasing once your guests are seated. This add on offers coverage of the speeches, the first dance and a bit of the dance floor shenanigans, so you get a more complete record of the day for posterity.
​
4. Additional Camera Operative
​
Two camera operatives are usually needed if you want both sets of morning preparations covered and you're in different locations.
Recommended for bigger do's, events in multiple locations and more comprehensive coverage. This option includes a second photographer from morning prep to the dinner call.

Please note: Combined Photo & Film Coverage already includes extended coverage and a second camera operative as standard, so we'd suggest looking at the other options as part of the offer.

Booking Process:
​
1. Check that your date is available.
​​
2. Read our standard terms and conditions in our booking form (available at Stand L2 (or we can email you a copy). These are the terms and conditions of our standard contract and are applicable once we enter into an agreement to cover your wedding, together with any applicable offer conditions detailed here. The T's and C's are a little wordy and never sound as friendly as we'd like, such is the nature of these things. We'd encourage you to have a read and fire any questions at us as appropriate.

3. Pay €100 deposit to secure the booking within the specified timeframe. The receipt of this deposit acts as your acceptance of the agreement, though we will also request a signature on your virtual paperwork when we send it through. This will be emailed to you once the show has closed and a deposit has been received. It will be identical in content to that available on Stand L2 throughout the weekend, so you'll probably have already read it at that stage.

Deposit payment can be made on the day via credit/debit card, Revolut, bank transfer, cash or a secure payment link sent to you via email if outside of show opening hours.
​
Once secured, a second instalment of €250 is due on or before 31st December 2025. This is because our usual deposit value, outside of show times is €350. This additional payment just brings your booking in line with our standard booking procedures. The remainder of the balance would then be due 28 days prior to your wedding date.
